At High Elevation Hot Tubs & Wellness, we take pride in offering premium hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and wellness products paired with personalized local service. Due to the nature, size, and customization of our products, the following policies apply to all purchases.
Final Sale on Large Wellness Products
All hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge tubs, massage chairs, and custom-ordered products are considered final sale once purchased.
Because these items are:
- Specially ordered, configured, or allocated
- Delivered and installed at customer residences
- Classified as hygienic wellness equipment
We do not accept returns or exchanges on these products after delivery or installation.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase, provided the product has not entered production, been ordered from the manufacturer, or scheduled for delivery.
- After 72 hours, or once the order has been processed, cancellations are not permitted.
- Any deposits paid are non-refundable once an order is finalized.
Deposits & Payments
- Deposits secure your product and delivery timeline and are non-refundable.
- Final payment is due prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accessories & Retail Items
Uninstalled, unused accessories and retail items (such as covers, steps, water care products, or accessories) may be eligible for return if:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- In new, unopened, and resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened water care products, chemicals, filters, or hygienic items cannot be returned.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Manufacturer Warranty
All major products sold by High Elevation Hot Tubs & Wellness are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand and product line.
Warranty coverage applies to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Covered components outlined by the manufacturer
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or environmental conditions
- Issues resulting from unapproved electrical or site preparation
Our service team is happy to assist with warranty claims and service coordination.
Delivery, Installation & Site Conditions
Once a delivery or installation has been scheduled:
- Missed appointments or inaccessible sites may result in rescheduling fees
- Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness (access, electrical, pad, clearance)
Site evaluations are offered to help prevent delays or complications.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives with visible damage or a verified manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue through repair or replacement per warranty terms.
